The students have spent the past two weeks studying and learning about different types of sentences and how to use them to vary their writing. On Tuesday, November 10, they will take their second grammar test. It will cover the types of sentences. Students can begin to study their notes from pages 6-7 in their Interactive Notebook.
We finish reading The Rumpelstiltskin Problem this week. The students will be working on their evaluation for this unit this week. They will show their understanding of summarizing, characterization, and comparing and contrasting as they work on their Fairy Tale booklet. This will mostly be completed at school, but you may check their progress at home any time.
